Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund of the registration fee (minus a $50 processing fee) will be issued if cancellation is received by January 31, 2024

  • 50% refund of the registration fee (minus a $50 processing fee) will be issued if cancellation is received between February 1, 2024 - March 15, 2024

  • No refund of registration fee will be issued if cancellation is received after April 1, 2024
